There has been some conversation lately around posting Shoot-Up Tour scores and current standings online, and I wanted to address it. My hope is to explain the situation to you all so that you can make your own personal decision with as much information as possible. Please read on for more details.
Year: 2018
We had a smaller turnout today than usual with 14, but it was a still a great shoot. Thanks as always to Marco, Kim and the rest of the M2 crew for hosting us and coming in at 5am to heat the place up!
I want to send special congratulations go to a couple of people. First up is Bodie Turner who took second in Championship Flight. He shot a ton of Xs throughout the day and especially in head to head shoot offs to eliminate some very tough competition. What makes that even more impressive: Bodie is 10 years old. Everyone should be watching this young man.
Secondly I want to say congratulations to Eric Duncan. This was his first competition outside of league and he finished Second in First Flight, beating two accomplished archers in the process.
This is exactly why this tour was started and I’m very excited to see Eric and Bodie do so well. Keep it up, guys!
Congratulations to all of our finalists at Bow Tech today and especially Braden Henrickson for winning in Championship. He moved up from fourth and shot excellently under pressure.
Today was indeed Bow Tech Day: All three flights were won by Bow Techs!
Results for Qualifier #6 at Cascadian
Happy belated Thanksgiving to everyone!
Today we had a shoot at Cascadian Bowmen in Noti, Oregon. Turnout was a little bit lower than we’d hoped for, with only a single, full flight of 14 archers. On the upside that did mean the payouts were larger than usual, so I guess there’s a silver lining (for some at least).
I want to give a big shout out to Becky Wiltse for stepping in and running this event since Mom and I were not able to attend. There were 21 archers at the shoot, and it sounds like it went well!
Congratulations to all of the finishers from this event!

Kam moved all the way up from last place in Championship to shoot off for the win. That means he shot 30 arrows in head-to-head eliminations. Great run, Kam!

Second Flight

The Shoot Up Tour was hosted by Marco and company at M2 Outdoor Sports today. We had a smaller crowd than usual, only 17 archers, but it was a good shoot nonetheless.
On the eve of Veterans Day, I’d like to take this opportunity to thank all of those who have served our country, who are currently serving our country, and those who have family members who have or are currently serving in the military. Your efforts and sacrifice are greatly appreciated.
Congratulations to all of the finishers for this shoot!
